Certify your identity online through your social network.
FaceTrust uses the "Am I Really?" Facebook application to provide credentials that enable you to prove facts about yourself and assess the credibility of facts posted by others.
If you're just looking for a credential:
FaceTrust uses online social networks to verify the credentials of online users. It employs crowd-vetting, a
technique that relies on users to tag stated facts by their friends and on sophisticated trust algorithms to determine
the credibility of taggers.
FaceTrust is built by a group of Students and Faculty at Duke University Computer Science's Network and Distributed Systems Group.
